Launch party! Come join the Friends of the Niagara Public Library as they celebrate the launch of librarian and author, Rebecca Livick’s children’s book, The Mean Hummingbird. This is open to the public and will include discussions with Rebecca, a reading from The Mean Hummingbird, and refreshments!
